Coniston 1 Luxury Lodge

Our Lodge, new 2010, is located on one of White Cross Bay’s newest lodge development known as “Coniston”, formally the site of the tennis courts, is close to shop/amenities whilst only a short walk away from the Marina.

The lodge has a large opened planned lounge, dinning and kitchen area, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a twin bedded room and a family bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped with built in cooker, gas oven and hob, microwave, extractor fan, and fridge freezer and small appliances such as toaster ,kettle and all cooking utensils.

The comfortable lounge/dining area, which is light and airy has seating for 4 adults, a 32” combo TV/DVD with access to freeview, CD/Radio hi-fi system with Ipod docking facility. Double patio doors lead on to the decking area. A selection of games and DVD’s are stored in the sideboard.

The main bedroom with en-suite shower room, has a double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe, over bed storage cupboards and a wall mounted 21”combo TV/DVD again with freeview access. The twin bedroom has a bedside table, built in wardrobe and over bed storage cupboards. The family bathroom has a bath/shower.

The south facing decked area is perfectly positioned to capture most of the sun during the day. For those wanting an early or late holiday the lodge is well insulated and benefits from central heating and double glazing, allowing you to escape for a break at any time of the year.

There is parking for 2 cars at the side of the lodge

Free Wifi is available in the lodge.
